PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
-Booking confirmation must be made at least One (1) week prior to guests' arrival
-Confirmation is made after payment. For bank transfer payments, confirmation
of the booking is made after the deposit verification
-Booking is transferrable and re-bookable however NOT refundable in full
-Cancellation of booking confirmation made on or before Thirty (30) days prior to
arrival is refundable by 50% from the total amount of the whole booking
-Cancellation of booking confirmation made at least Fifteen (15) days prior to
arrival is NON refundable
-Bookings under Resort's special promo is NON-REFUNDABLE, Senior Citizen
Discount is NOT Applicable.
-For Direct Guests: Fifty (50%) of total billing shall be paid one week after
receiving the SOA. Balance to be settled by cash, Gcash or Bank transfer upon check-in.
-The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest
together with positive identification on check-in at the property. The imprint or
swipe of the card will be taken upon check-in
-Any incidental charges incurred during the stay shall be settled before check-out.

Cancellation

Hotel Terms and Condition

• All rates includes Service charge, VAT and other government taxes

• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast, free use of resort facilities and amenities. Boat/shuttle service going to the town proper is from 8am-7:30pm only. If guests would like to avail the shuttle service outside of the prescribe time,there will be a charge of Php1000 per trip from 6am-8pm. Special trips from 8pm-11pm is Php2500 per boat.

• Children below 12 years of age is free of charge on Room Accommodation however WITHOUT Complimentary Breakfast

• Children 13 years above is charged as adult.

• Terms and conditions imposed by the resort, such as rates and other packages are subject to change without prior notice. Resort rules and regulations must be observed at all times.
